The interactive demonstration

The demo creates fictional member records in your browser. Searches, evidence changes and exception reasons remain in the memory of that tab. The application sends none of those values to our server. It uses no cookies, local storage, analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Closing or reloading the tab clears your demo changes.

If you export an assessment, the downloaded file contains the values in that assessment, including any reason you typed. You control that file. Please use fictional examples; this demonstration is not a place to process real member information.

Visiting the website

Like other websites, the hosting service receives connection information such as your IP address when it serves a page or asset. Our supplied web server does not write request access logs. The deployment provider may keep infrastructure or security logs.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Nuremberg, Germany. Infrastructure log retention: No routine HTTP access log. Operational logs rotate at 30 MB per service. Provider infrastructure and security logs follow Hetzner's policy.. See the hosting provider’s privacy information.

Contacting us

ORRA DESIGNS LIMITED uses the contact details and enquiry you send to reply, arrange a demonstration and keep track of that conversation. Our basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and discussing the service. Enquiry records are reviewed and deleted within 90 days of the last meaningful contact unless a different continuing purpose, such as a customer contract, has been explained. They are handled using Cloudflare Email Routing and the operator's Google Gmail inbox. You can choose not to contact us; no enquiry is required to try the demo. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions or add you to a newsletter.

The contact link opens your own email application. There is no enquiry form or member upload endpoint on this website. Please send only the details needed for your enquiry and no member lists or sensitive documents.

Service providers and locations

Web pages are served from Germany. Cloudflare provides DNS and forwards enquiries to the operator's Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google operate internationally, including in the United States. Enquiries may be accessed by the operator in the UK and Spain. Do not send member records or sensitive documents to the enquiry inbox.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about the personal information held about your enquiry and request access, correction or deletion. Other rights, including objection and restriction, can apply depending on the circumstances. Contact hello@veritableroll.com to exercise those rights. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Customer workspaces

This notice covers the public demonstration and enquiries only. A future service handling an organisation’s member records requires a separate agreed processing scope, retention arrangements and customer information. This demonstration is not an offer to upload that data.
